In your career with Prudential Americana Group, what makes you proudest?

"I am proud of making a positive contribution to the real estate careers of some of our top agents in the company. Having a professional/friendship association with some of the most productive agents in real estate today is very gratifying. I opened four new offices for the company and hired people new to the business as well as seasoned agents." On the level of personal business achievement George has marketed and sold multiple parcels of land South of McCarren Airport for Clark County Nevada, and many corporate clients associated with the Gaming/Entertainment/Hotel Industry.

(George also had the top office in the Better Homes and Gardens organization in 1993 and was an International Award Winner at the New Orleans Convention with $176,697,024 in Sales Volume and 1374 transactions closed that year.) While maintaining his status as one of the top 10% highest producing agents at the largest real estate company in Nevada for over 29 years he continues to produce at the multi-million dollar level.

What stands out about your office?

"Our offices average over 120 agents each. The synergy and energy are contagious. Also, the competition to be the top office in the top company in the state is a great motivation. The Green Valley Office has consistently lead the company and each agent carries with them the pride of being NUMBER ONE !!"

What's the best thing about Prudential Americana Group Realtors?

"We are a company of Leadership and Innovation. Yes, we have competition in the marketplace, but they are usually making great efforts to catch up to our last addition of service to our clients when we come out with the next. We are Strong and Confident while Fair and Ethical. I believe other Realtors like selling our properties because they know they can count on competence to the last detail."

Hobbies:

Skydiving (The Flying Elvises from the movie "Honeymoon in Vegas"), Professional Exhibition Rating and D License Master Rating from United States Parachute Association, Deep Sea Fishing, Shooting, Skiing, Scuba Diving, Travel, Hiking, Reading.

As an avid Skydiver, George knows every corner of Las Vegas. From the Las Vegas Strip and Boulder City, to Fremont Street and Summerlin, he has walked, driven, flown over or landed on all of Southern Nevada.

As a Real Estate Professional with over a quarter of century of experience, George has participated in and enjoyed the phenomenal growth that has defined Las Vegas.
